Compensation Plan Explanation:
The material on this page is designed to give you
a detailed overview of our compensation program
and operating methodology.
As there is a lot of information here, it will
take some time to digest.
If, after reading this material, you have any
questions, please post them on the forum.
What are we?
Let us start this section by telling you what we
are not.
We are not some sort of "Offshore
investment"
club promising ridiculous returns on your money.
In case you do not know, those organizations are
pretty much all scams. ANY organization that
promises you much more than a normal commercial
return on your investment (remembering that the
return in some off shore locations can exceed the
US or UK rates by two or three times) should be
treated with caution. The greater the return
offered, the greater the need for caution and due
diligence.
We are not an MLM company.
In case you have not worked it out yet, trying to
get rich promoting the normal overpriced,
over-hyped products they generally offer is
extremely difficult.
We are not a SCAM.
We fully intend to make more money from this
totally legal concept than any scammer ever made
from their scam.
We are TOTALLY legal.
Our club, and all associated companies are duly
registered legal entities in the country of
Panama.
EVERYTHING regarding our
organization is TOTALLY legal under Panamanian
law.
If you are wondering, why Panama, while we intend
to cover that subject in great detail over the
coming weeks, here are a few key reasons.
Panama has NO tax treaties with ANY other
countries. This means
that any income you earn
as a club members will
NOT be reported or available
under ANY circumstances
to your home countries'
tax agencies. If you
chose to disclose any
of this income (which,
if you use the systems
we will expose you to,
will never be your
"personal" income,
therefore not subject to
reporting requirements
outside Panama) and then
pay taxes on it, that is
your choice. If you chose
not to, that is also your
choice. We have no interest
either way in your decision.
Note: If you are a Panamanian citizen, then
your income from us WILL be disclosed as required
by Panamanian law.
There are 400,000 offshore corporations
currently registered in Panama for a reason.
We are a CLUB, and for those of you who do not
already know, here are two definitions of a club.
"A club is an association of people not united
together by any natural
ties of kinship, real or supposed."
"An incorporated organization organized under the
laws of the state ("state" being
any legitimate unit of
government, such as the
national government of
Panama) for civic, fraternal,
social, or business purposes."
In the simplest possible terms, we intend to
provide our club members with two main services.
1) Provide them with factual information on how
to generate wealth.
2) Provide them with factual information on how to
protect the wealth they generate.
Obviously, there is nothing simple about either of
these two subjects.
While we are going to cover the first subject in
detail on this page, detailed information on the
second subject will only be available to our paid
members after we launch.

Our Compensation Program:
Our compensation program is
both extremely simple and extremely
complicated.
The simple part:
We have chosen a 3 x 10 'matrix'
as the core component of the
program.
Every paid member will be in
this 'matrix'.
Every paid member will be eligible
to earn an income from this
'matrix'.
NO member will EVER need to
sponsor another member to earn
that income.
NO member will EVER need to
purchase any of the products
we offer to earn that income.
NO member will EVER need to
sell any of the products we
offer to earn that income.
The ONLY requirement for a
member to earn an income from
the matrix, is to remain a
PAID member.
Now, if you have any experience
in the MLM industry, you will
be well aware that this sort
of set up is totally different
from their standard marketing
plan, as they typically do
not pay anyone who cannot sponsor
other people.
We have deliberately set up
our compensation system in
such a way as to totally remove
any and all personal sponsoring
requirements as, quite frankly,
they scare the heck out of
a lot of people.
The more complicated part:
We will have 3 base membership
levels, and members will be
paid from the matrix based
on their choice of membership
level.
Silver members will receive
payment on levels 1-7.
Gold members will receive payment
on levels 1-8.
Diamond members will receive
payment on all 10 levels.
Note: Do not assume
that Diamond members will pay
more for membership as this
is not the case. They will
actually pay LESS per month
than Silver members.
The determining factor for
the various membership levels
is a members willingness to
pay their membership fees further
in advance, instead of on a
month by month basis.
While the exact monthly membership
fees are still in the process
of being finalized, they will
be in the range of $0.65 -
$1.00 per day range ($20.00
- $30.00 per month).
The still more complicated part:
While we have absolutely no
personal sponsoring requirements,
we fully intend to reward those
members who choose to introduce
and sponsor other members.
Our diamond members will
be paid a series of
"matching bonuses" based
on the number of other
members they personally
sponsor.
These matching bonuses can
significantly increase the
size of their bonuses each
month and are as follows.
Sponsor 5 members and earn
10% of each of those members
matrix bonus checks.
Sponsor 15 members and earn
15% of each of those members
matrix bonus checks.
Sponsor 30 members and earn
20% of each of those members
matrix bonus checks.
Note: This extra bonus
is not deducted from the members
bonus check, it is added from
club funds to the sponsors
check.

Notes on the matrix:
1) For those of you who want to know, here are the
potential payouts for each of the membership
levels.
Silver members can earn $5,466 each month.
Gold members can earn $12,027
each month.
Diamond members can earn $90,759, PLUS the
matching bonuses we offer
each month.
2) These projected (not guaranteed nor promised)
figures are currently based on a proposed monthly
membership fee of $20.00 and will be adjusted
accordingly once this fee is finalized.
3) if you are wondering how the size of your
matrix can increase without having to sponsor
anyone here is how it can happen. Your sponsor, or
their sponsor, or anyone else positioned above you
in the matrix can "spill" members under you. Or
the club itself can spill members under you.
While we are on that subject, the club is, and
fully intends to continually sponsor as many new
members as possible for one very simple reason.
EVERY member we personally sponsor is one less
matching bonus we ever pay. Yes, we also like the
idea of earning as great an income as possible.
Ok, that pretty much sums up the basics of the
compensation program.
If your only interest is in joining us and doing
nothing else except receiving a bonus check each
month, you now have a fairly good understanding of
our compensation program.

the products we will have available and how you
can earn and save still more money, keep reading.

Product Notes.
We are going to preface this
section with a two simple
statements.
Purchasing any of our products is TOTALLY
optional.
Product purchases by our members have absolutely
nothing to do with matrix or any other bonuses, as
NO bonuses are paid to members on these purchases
made by members.
Broadly speaking we will
have three categories of
products available.
Service Products:
One example of these will
be the ability of interested
members to set up their own
offshore Panamanian companies
and or trusts through our
Panamanian attorneys at highly
discounted rates. As an example
the basic set up costs generally
run in the $3,000 - $3,500
range.
Our members will save around
12% of that figure.
One free piece of education
we will also give you right
now is this.
Do NOT even think of incorporating
offshore using ANYONE else
except a legitimate, licensed
law firm or private attorney.
It is VITAL that you have
the protection of an attorney
/ client relationship throughout
the entire set up process.
If you try to save a few
bucks and use one of the
many web based "Brokerage" companies,
you are not asking for trouble,
you are practically guaranteeing
it.
Here is just ONE example
of why it can cost you money.
You set up a company, and
the associated bank account
using a broker.
You are then asked to fund
the account with a minimum
wire transferred deposit
(between $1,000 and $10,000
is standard for these accounts).
You wire the money and duly
receive conformation from
the bank that it is in the
account. You then log on
to your account and discover
that the balance is ZERO.
Care to guess where your
money went?
What the broker "forgot" to tell you is that he is
also a signatory on the account. He simply
withdrew it and there is NOTHING you can do about
it as he had a perfectly legal right to do so. And
for all you Americans with the normal "Screw with
me and I will sue your ass off attitude",
you are in for a VERY rude
shock the first time you
try and sue a local in ANY
of the offshore tax havens.
For a start, their attorneys
do not work on a contingency
basis as it is illegal in
most other countries besides
the USA. Secondly, after
you have paid your local
attorney up to $50,000 up
front, be prepared to wait
up to 5 YEARS for the case
to come to court.
Now the good news. Using
our attorneys, the system
is exactly the same with
one important difference.
Your bank account is set
up with a ZERO balance, and
you do NOT fund it until
you have received written
conformation from the bank
that you are the ONLY signatory
on the account.
Are you starting to understand that membership

We will also be offering
many other service related
products that will be revealed
to paid members.
Digital Products.
There are literally thousands
of companies and individuals
currently selling digital
products online.
There are also dozens of
membership based organizations
who provide those products
to their members at highly
discounted rates.
We have joined many of those
clubs and fully intend to
GIVE our members as many
of these products as possible.
Where these products have
a "For sale only"
restriction, we will comply
with that restriction and
sell our members the product........for
$0.01 each. If they do not
like it, they are more than
welcome to take us to court...in
Panama.
If any of our members wish
to, they will be able to
on-sell these products to
the public.
Consumable Products.
Do you currently use any
of the following products:
Nutritional supplements.
Household cleaning products.
Skin, body care or cosmetic
products.
If so, you are going to be
amazed at just how much you
will be able to save on our
products. This is particularly
true if you happen to purchase
any of these from a MLM company.
As an example, lets look
at a nutritional supplement
that you purchase retail
in a health food store.
These product generally have
a 300-400 percent markup
from the manufacturer to
you.
In other words a product
that costs $5.00 to manufacture,
will cost you $20.00 , and
often more, retail.
Now, as one of our associated
companies IS the manufacturer,
the SAME product would be
sold to our members for around
$8.00.
Another, even better example
is a MLM product. The routinely
markup to 1,400 percent to
pay bonuses.
So the product they sell
for $50.00 would cost you
around $11.00 from us.
Do you like the idea of those sorts of savings?
Now, lets take this whole
scenario one step further.
If you live in say Canada
and you import your products
from the USA, you pay a lot
extra in shipping. You also
pay an import duty on those
products.
Once we are fully up and
running, we will be opening
distribution centers in numerous
countries.
Placing these will be based
on our membership levels
in those countries.
Members in those countries
with distribution centers
will have their products
shipped to them from those
centers.
Less shipping and NO import
duty.
As the financial transactions
for all of our product sales
will take place in Panama
and Panama has NO tax treaties
with ANY other country, we
will NOT be getting involved
with collecting sates taxes,
VAT or duty.
Just one more way we will
save our members money.
Other ways to earn money with
the club:
While some members may find this section extremely
complicated, it
is actually simple.
First of all, our club is currently not yet even
in "pre-launch" (to use a MLM term most people are
at least somewhat familiar with).
We are currently accepting free "pre-registration
expressions of interest".
Our pre-launch will start on April 15, and last
until May 31.
On June 1, we will launch all aspects of the club,
and that is when things could start to get very
exciting.
You see, we are not launching one club, we are
actually launching two totally separate clubs.
The first club is GWBOPC, and that one you already
know about.
Broadly speaking GWBOPC will attract individuals
who wish to gain the following as members of our
club:
1) Those who wish to learn how to protect their
assets.
2) Those who wish to generate either a passive or
an active income from their involvement with us.
3) Those who also wish to save a significant
amount of money on consumable products they
probably already purchase.
Now, while there are millions of individuals on
this planet who fit one or more of those three
categories, there is an even larger group who do
not.
There are literally hundreds of millions of
individuals who, while they will have no interest
in joining our club, are still prime candidates
for some of our products.
We are referring to consumers.
Specifically, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Average consumer.
These individual consumers are a multi-billion
dollar market and we are starting our second club
just for them.
If you happen to live in the USA, think of this as
a worldwide version of "Sam's Club".
Our second club has NOTHING and EVERYTHING to do
with GWBOPC.
NOTHING in the respect that members of this club
are not in the GWBOPC compensation program. They
do not earn ANY form of compensation.
EVERYTHING in the respect that they will be
introduced into their club by GWBOPC members and
those members will earn income EVERY time they
purchase any of our products.
Here is a brief explanation of how it will work.
Remember the pricing examples we gave you on our
consumable products?
Well, we are actually going to have three prices
for each of these products.
Your GWBOPC members price...the lowest available.
Our retail price...our highest price. This is the
price that retail customers will pay if they order
our products from any of our websites.
Our second club members price...less than retail
but above the GWBOPC members price.
Here is an example of how this pricing structure
will work using a fictional product:

Now, if you are wondering how all of this
relates to generating extra income for GWBOPC
members, read on.
Every consumable product we offer for retail sale,
will have it's own retail website.
Every GWBOPC member will have a replicated copy of
that site to promote...if they choose to do so.
Every time a product sale is made from one of
those sites, the member who owns the site is paid
the difference between the GWBOPC member price and
the retail price as compensation.
As per the example above, the retail price is
$40.00, and the GWBOPC members price is $12.00.
So any such sale generated by your retail site
earn you the $28.00 difference. Any of this extra
compensation that is earned is simply added to
your matrix checks each month.
The important part of this is that the GWBOPC
member does NOTHING except promote the website.
NOTE: ALL of this is TOTALLY optional. No member
is required to become involved with any aspect of
selling these products unless they choose to do
so.
Product sales made to members of the second club
(we are still thinking of a name for this one) are
handled differently.
Like "Sam's Club", members of this club will pay a
small monthly membership (probably $5.00 per
month) to access the highly discounted product
prices they are offered as members.
The members of this club will not be in the GWBOPC
members matrix, they will be linked to GWBOPC
members via a 5 tier "sponsorship" based and
totally separate compensation program.
In simple English, this means that compensation
paid on these people will be paid to the actual
sponsors of those people, and their direct
upline sponsors, not via the matrix.
There are two different sorts of compensation that
will be paid on this second
club.
Their membership fees (probably $5.00 per month)
will be paid out in full to GWBOPC members.
50 percent of the fee will be paid each month to
the actual sponsor.
The other 50 percent will be paid out to the next
4 upline Diamond members.
Compensation on their product purchases will be
paid the same way.
If their price is $20.00 and the GWBOPC members
price is $12.00, then the $8.00 difference will be
paid out in compensation.
50 percent to the actual sponsor and the other 50
percent to the next 4 upline diamond members.
Please keep in mind that this second club has a
MUCH larger potential membership than GWBOPC due
to the sheer number of consumers looking to save
money who have no interest whatsoever in becoming
members of GWBOPC.
One other point of interest, is how you will be
paid.
That will depend on which country you reside in.
Basically, we will be using a series of both Debit
Cards and pre-paid Credit Cards. We MAY also use
E-Gold if we can ascertain that this method of
payment is TOTALLY secure and non-traceable by tax
agencies.
We will NOT be using PayPal or ANY other USA based
payment system.
Ok, that's it.
You now have a fairly detailed explanation of how
we are going to operate.
